How do I get started?

From the OWJO website you can click on the Register button and complete the registration page. Registration is free and you will only need an email address.

How do I upload music?

You can upload music by clicking the upload button. This will open a window where you select the music file from the hard drive of your computer. OWJO will automatically create a 30 second sample when unloading tracks for a digital album.

How do I upload a picture?

Similarly, to uploading music you can upload product images directly from your computer.

Is there a specific size for my picture?

There is no specific size to use for your product as the OWJO store can be resized to fit your web page. We suggest that you start with 180x180 pixels.

How does OWJO Payments work?

OWJO Payments allows you to accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro cards on your OWJO store. There are no monthly fees or setup charges.

Do I need a merchant ID for OWJO to work?

No, once you upload OWJO and we approve you for OWJO Payments you can start selling start away.

Can I vary the size of my OWJO store?

Yes. You can change the width and height of your OWJO to suit the web page you are placing the OWJO on.

Can I design the look and feel of my OWJO store to my own requirements?

At the moment you can change the background color and theme color so that your OWJO looks good in your web page. We are working on ways to allow you change the store design completely.

Who do I contact if I have a problem?

How much does OWJO cost?

All OWJO charges is a straightforward 7% commission of whatever you sell. Setting up your shop is free of charge.

Are there minimum sales numbers required to maintain my OWJO membership?

No, there are no minimum sales numbers required. As we mentioned before, OWJO’s policy is completely transparent: we take a straightforward 7% of whatever you sell. Period.

What kinds of payment can my customers use?

Your customers can use a major credit card (OWJO accepts Visa, MasterCard) or they can use a PayPal account.

How many products can I include in my store?

There is no limit to the number of products you can sell in your OWJO store.

Is shipping included in my prices?

Shipping is not included in the prices you set on OWJO. If you are fulfilling and shipping orders yourself, you may need to adjust your prices to cover your shipping costs. If you are working with a fulfillment house, you will need to calculate those costs into your overall sales plan.
